Bran Muffins

Instructions
- Soften half of the bran in boiling water for five minutes.
- Stir in remaining bran, honey, egg, oil, milk and lemon juice.
- Combine flour and baking soda; stir into the wet mixture.
- Fold in raisins.
- Fill prepared muffin tin with batter (heaping 1/4 cup batter each)
- Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
