Carrot Loaf Cake

- Mix carrots, oil, applesauce, sugar, eggs, and spices.
- Mix flour and leavenings. Fold into wet ingredients.
- Pour into prepared 9x5 loaf pan and bake 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, until tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Turn out onto cooling rack and cool completely.
