1. Add milk through yeast to the bread machine. Run dough cycle.
2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
3. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a 16x24-inch rectangle. Spread with the softened butter and sprinkle the brown sugar mixture on top. Roll up the dough and cut into 12 rolls.
4. Place the rolls on a parchment-lined sheet. Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
5. Bake rolls for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
