Caramel Popcorn

    Instructions

    1. Over medium heat, combine butter through corn syrup and boil for 5 minutes.
    2. Remove syrup from heat. Add baking soda and stir well.
    3. Pour over popcorn and stir to coat.
    4. Bake at 200 degrees in a large pan for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    5. Spread on waxed paper to dry.

    Notes

    To make approximately 16 cups of popcorn, pop 1/2 cup of kernels.
