Caramel Popcorn

- Over medium heat, combine butter through corn syrup and boil for 5 minutes.
- Remove syrup from heat. Add baking soda and stir well.
- Pour over popcorn and stir to coat.
- Bake at 200 degrees in a large pan for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Spread on waxed paper to dry.
Notes
To make approximately 16 cups of popcorn, pop 1/2 cup of kernels.
