    1. Slice, drain, and bake tofu at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
    2. Cook spaghetti, drain, and rinse.
    3. Slice and steam broccoli (5 minutes in the microwave).
    4. In a large measuring cup, microwave peanut butter until softened. Mix in soy sauce through garlic.
    5. In a large bowl combine spaghetti, tofu, and broccoli. Pour sauce over the top and mix.
