Peanut Noodles

- Slice, drain, and bake tofu at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
- Cook spaghetti, drain, and rinse.
- Slice and steam broccoli (5 minutes in the microwave).
- In a large measuring cup, microwave peanut butter until softened. Mix in soy sauce through garlic.
- In a large bowl combine spaghetti, tofu, and broccoli. Pour sauce over the top and mix.
