Apple Cider Muffins

- Combine flour, leavenings, sugars, and spices.
- Gently fold wet ingredients into dry.
- Divide batter into prepared muffin cups.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to17 minutes.

Crumb topping: 1/2 c. oats, 1/4 c. flour, 2 Tbsp. brown sugar, 1 Tbsp. butter
