    1. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
    2. Beat the sugar and eggs. Whisk in pumpkin, oil, milk, and vanilla.
    3. Pour wet ingredients into the dry. Stir until just combined.
    4. Spoon the batter into lined muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 17-18 minutes.

    Increase sugar to 2/3 c. for sharing.
