    Instructions

    1. Heat coconut cream until very warm, but not boiling.
    2. Gently stir in chocolate chips. Cover and let sit 2-3 minutes to soften.
    3. Stir mixture until creamy. Refrigerate until firm.
    4. Roll into balls and coat in cocoa powder, or use as filling for molded chocolates.

    Notes

    8 oz. chocolate chips is approximately equal to 1 1/3 c.
