    1. Combine the peaches, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and cornstarch. Toss to coat. Pour into an 8x8 square pan.
    2. Cream the butter and brown sugar. Add the flour and mix until large pieces form. Crumble over peaches.
    3. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes, until the filling is bubbly and the topping is lightly browned.
