- Pour the milk over the panko in a small bowl to soften.
- Mix the egg into the ground beef.
- Add spices and soaked panko. Mix thoroughly, but try not to overwork.
- Form the meat into balls and place on a foil-lined pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Coat with marinara sauce and serve over pasta.
