    Instructions

    1. Pour the milk over the panko in a small bowl to soften.
    2. Mix the egg into the ground beef.
    3. Add spices and soaked panko. Mix thoroughly, but try not to overwork.
    4. Form the meat into balls and place on a foil-lined pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
    5. Coat with marinara sauce and serve over pasta.
