Chocolate Thumbprint Cookies

Instructions
- Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour.
- Roll dough by teasponfuls into balls. Place 1 inch apart on baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Remove from oven. Press thumb into cookies to make indentations.
- Return to oven and bake 7-9 minutes more, until light brown on the edges. Remove to wire rack to cool.
- Melt chocolate chips with a drizzle of vegetable oil. Fill cookies.
