- Fry the panko in the olive oil until golden brown.
- Rub the pork with salt and pepper to taste.
- Dredge each piece of pork in flour, then egg, then panko.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping once.
- Serve with a sauce of ketchup, soy sauce, mirin, and garlic.
