    Instructions

    1. Fry the panko in the olive oil until golden brown.
    2. Rub the pork with salt and pepper to taste.
    3. Dredge each piece of pork in flour, then egg, then panko.
    4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, flipping once.
    5. Serve with a sauce of ketchup, soy sauce, mirin, and garlic.
