Instructions
- Combine milk and water. Heat until warm but not scalding.
- Add all ingredients to the bread machine in order. Run the machine on the dough cycle.
- Place the dough in a loaf pan. Let rise until the loaf is a little higher than the top of the pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
To make rolls, use 1 c. water (no milk) and 3 c. all-purpose flour (no bread flour or whole wheat), and reduce sugar to 2 tsp.
