Cornbread

Instructions
- Combine cornmeal through baking powder.
- Beat the milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Pour into an 8-inch square pan.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Notes
Reduce baking time to 15 minutes if making muffins. Can substitute 1/4 c. oil + 1/2 tsp. salt for melted butter.
