Bisquick Scones

- Stir Bisquick, fruit, and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
- Mix yogurt, extracts, and egg until blended. Stir into crumb mixture just until dough forms.
- Divide dough in half. Shape 2 rounds on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Cut each into 6 wedges, but don't separate.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 425 degrees or until golden brown.
- Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Carefully separate wedges with knife.
Notes
The rounds must be firm to the touch. If they're still squishy, the middles will collapse.
