Bisquick Scones

    Instructions

    1. Stir Bisquick, fruit, and sugar. Cut in butter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
    2. Mix yogurt, extracts, and egg until blended. Stir into crumb mixture just until dough forms.
    3. Divide dough in half. Shape 2 rounds on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Cut each into 6 wedges, but don't separate.
    4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 425 degrees or until golden brown.
    5. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Carefully separate wedges with knife.

    Notes

    The rounds must be firm to the touch. If they're still squishy, the middles will collapse.
