Serves:

1. Combine butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Beat.
2. Add flour. Beat on low speed until well mixed.
3. Shape using cookie press.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 - 10 minutes, until edges are light brown.

To use cookie press, click lever to release dough, hold 2 seconds, and then lift up. Do not use a nonstick pan. If cookies aren't sticking to sheets, cool sheets and dough in the freezer. For chocolate cookies, add 1/3 c. cocoa powder (or 8 tsp. to half a batch).
