Pumpkin Scones

Ingredients
Instructions
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and spices.
- Rub in butter.
- In a separate bowl, whisk pumpkin and eggs.
- Combine wet and dries.
- Drop scones onto a pan lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. While oven is preheating, chill pan in the freezer.
- Bake 22-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
2/3 cup pumpkin is approximately 1/3 of a 15 1/2 oz can.
