Pumpkin Scones

    Instructions

    1. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and spices.
    2. Rub in butter.
    3. In a separate bowl, whisk pumpkin and eggs.
    4. Combine wet and dries.
    5. Drop scones onto a pan lined with parchment paper.
    6. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. While oven is preheating, chill pan in the freezer.
    7. Bake 22-25 minutes until golden brown.

    Notes

    2/3 cup pumpkin is approximately 1/3 of a 15 1/2 oz can.
