Chocolate Cake

Instructions
- Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, leavenings and salt
- Beat milk, oil, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients. Slowly mix in hot water.
- Bake in two prepared pans for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Notes
For cupcakes, use 1/4 c. batter per well and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
