White Cake

Instructions
- Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Combine flour and baking powder; set aside.
- Beat eggs, milk, vanilla, and lemon juice; set aside.
- Add 1/3 of the flour mixture to butter mixture, then 1/2 of the milk mixture. Alternate, beating until incorporated.
- Pour batter into two prepared 8-inch round pans. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Notes
Use 2/3 of recipe for 6-inch round cake pans.
