    Instructions

    1. Mix the wets
    2. Fold in the dries
    3. Spread half the batter in the pan, top with cinnamon sugar. Spread the other half of the batter; top with remaining cinnamon sugar.
    4. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

    Notes

    Batter will be stiff. For muffins, bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
