    Instructions

    1. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water with a pinch of sugar.
    2. Heat 2 cups water, sugar, vinegar, butter and chocolate until melted.
    3. Combine flours, bran, seeds and salt. Add yeast and chocolate mixtures. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
    4. Cover and rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    5. Form loaves and let rise 45 minutes to an hour.
    6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes until loaves are well browned.
