Baked Korokke

Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. Chop and microwave potatoes until tender.
    2. Brown beef with onion in a skillet. Mash in potatoes with soy sauce and chili garlic sauce to taste.
    3. When mixture is cool enough to handle, shape into six oblong balls. Roll in panko.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes, until lightly browned.

    Notes

    Serve with miso soup and rice.
