Baked Korokke

Ingredients
Instructions
- Chop and microwave potatoes until tender.
- Brown beef with onion in a skillet. Mash in potatoes with soy sauce and chili garlic sauce to taste.
- When mixture is cool enough to handle, shape into six oblong balls. Roll in panko.
- Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes, until lightly browned.
Notes
Serve with miso soup and rice.
